I had a good conversation with one of my colleagues weeks ago. He talked about managing one's career in a multi-national company. ^_^... pretty interesting thinking....

#1 - Team player but not individual, How to colloborate with others - trust

#2 - To show your leadership

#3 - Ignore the organization boundary

#4 - Go to some culture class to understand a nation/people/culture.

#5 - Put energies to your personal profile, don't go for it just because it is hot

#6 - Don't be too frustrated when your career is going 'down' in a short period of time.

#7 - Delegation - lead others to lead

#8 - Understand people deeply - skills / characteristics

#9 - Leverage the chance of working for the global company as pros but not cons.

#10 - Thrive for changes - Don't fall too deep. Be patient.

It's really an impressive article... I am really moved when the warm and true words came into my eyes... Can't agree more with most of the points....

My HIGHLIGHTS:
1.) 60/40 Theory - Talent with hard working.
2.) Complain means nothing, the most important thing is to understand why you are complaining, and work it out.
